A’s Sourdough Croissant Bread is the perfect fusion of two bakery classics—crispy, buttery croissants and tangy, chewy sourdough bread.

Typical sourdough bread doesn’t incorporate butter into the dough, but croissants have a high butter content to give them their flaky layers. This loaf of bread combines the flaky and buttery croissant with a sourdough loaf. It has a buttery taste and flaky crust.

This loaf is perfect for sandwiches, toast, or anything you can think of!

How to store the bread for longer period of time? Slice it up into pieces. Place sliced bread in a Ziplock bag, push air out and freeze.
